Version: 1.0

---

**Core Elements:**
- Volleyball
- Wrestling

**Objective:**
Teams compete to score points by grounding a volleyball in the opposing team's court, while defenders may tag or briefly grapple attackers (under controlled conditions) to prevent the spike.

---

**Teams & Players:**
- 2 teams of 6 players each on the court.
- 2 substitute players per team.
- Matches consist of 3 sets; first to 15 points per set wins.

---

**Equipment & Field:**
- Standard volleyball court with net at regulation height.
- Soft, padded wrestling belts or vests (provided).
- Court boundaries clearly marked.
- Knee pads and optional headgear for safety.

---

**Basic Rules:**
1. Serve and rally follow standard volleyball rules.
2. When the ball is in play, a defender can attempt a single "tackle tag" by grabbing the attacker’s padded belt—no takedowns permitted.
3. Tag must be released within 3 seconds; longer holds result in point award to attacking team.
4. No takedowns, throws, or holds—only tags.
5. After a tag, player must immediately release and may not re-engage until the next play.
6. Standard three hits per side rule applies.

---

**Scoring:**
- Normal volley point: 1 point.
- If a tag prevents a spike or return, defending team earns 1 point.
- First team to 15 points (with at least 2-point lead) wins the set.
- Best of 3 sets decides the match.

---

**Twist / Chaos Element:**
- “Grapple Zone”: At center court, for 5 seconds after serve, attackers may attempt a controlled “push tag” in addition to hits. This zone shifts each point (clockwise rotation).

---

**Safety Notes:**
- Referees enforce tag duration and monitor for illegal holds.
- No ground wrestling or takedowns allowed.
- All pads and belts must be inspected before match.

---

**Setup Time:** 10 minutes
**Play Time:** ~30 minutes per match
